[Donny:] Jeter Harris nominated us for da schmooooooooooooooooooze award!! We are so surprised and so honoured! We have only known about the cat blogosphere since May[Marie:] And Jeter said so many nice things about us (and esp me being beautiful - hee hee!). I like da phrase "fosterin' furriendship". I never thought of it that way...we always like to make new furriends and see old furriends and have a gurrrrrrrrreat time. I am so glad I joined the cat blogosphere!
[Both:] Now we nominate five more kitties for da schmooooooooooze award. We nominate:
1. Rocky, CEO of Artsy Catsy. As a bigwig CEO, he does a lot of schmooooooozing, he talks to lots and lots of kitty cats!
2. Darling Millie. From her rescue and furever home story to her mommy's famous Bizzy for Gizzy quilts, she schmoooooozes with lots and lots of kitties. PLUS she is so fun to play with! We had a gurreat time together at Zippy, Sadie, and Speedy's July Cats Party!
3 and 4. Da brothas Kashim and Othello. The first Weekend Cat Blogging we ever participated in was with them, and they made us feel welcome and special even though we'd never met before....but just like what any schmooooozer would do!
5. And a very special furriend that passed to the Bridge last October....Smoggy. He was a truly schmoooooozer extraordinaire. We first met him on Flickr and he was one of the first working cats we've ever met, as a mascot for his mommy's graphic design company. He was also one of the first one-eyed cats we've ever met. He doesn't have a blog or anything, but through Flickr groups and through his famous Smoggy calendars, he has travelled the world and got to know lots and lots and LOTS of kitty cats. When he moved on to kitty heaven after 17.5 years, there were literally hundreds of comments all over the Flickr cat groups mourning his passing. We miss him very much. I bet he is teaching our big sis angel kitty Missy how to schmooooooze it up now in kitty heaven.....

Hi guys...
This is our first WCB and we just launched our own blog yesterday morning! (Pretty much it's Skeezix's fault. We were stalking him from Mosaic Lady's blog and wanted more direct access.)
So anyway, all this "cat porn" makes Mosaic Lady a little nuts right now cuz the cat blogosphere is sorta like her working at the See's counter, or maybe in R&D at Ben & Jerry's, so we hope to see you on OUR BLOG soon.

We know Smoggy, too! We gots his calendar only just afore he died, an Mom felt bad she didn't get a pictor of us wif it in time. He was a furry speshul cat to touch so many lives.
