PS. Lest we forget....we remember the soldiers of years past that sacrificed much - even their lives - to give us freedom and peace. And we remember those soldiers today who gave up their lives to bring a better life to others. Let us stop, heads bowed in Remembrance, on the 11th minute of the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, for these soldiers.

Remebering our big sis angel kitty

Today, we are remembering Missy. We have never actually met her, but we understand that she was a big part of Mommy's life. She was Mommy's first kitty.


Although she has been in kitty heaven for 3 years now, Mommy still misses her like it was yesterday. She doesn't cry anymore, like last year, but she is still very, very sad. She and Missy had a special connection, which was taken away when Missy was only 4 years old. She only lived with Mommy for 3 years, but Mommy cherishes those years as deeply as if it was a lifetime together.

So, today, we are taking a break from fun and games to reflect on our big sis angel kitty and remember her short but devoted life:
