Ah....for the days when the window was open and we could try and get the birds through the screen....!!!
But now...summer is over...and the screen is gone, replaced with a storm window.
Adieu summer! Please go warm our furriend Poppy Q in New Zealand and Pablo in Australia for a while...don't forget to come back and visit us again!

We are still hot here. It is 90 degrees, but was over 100 for a few weeks. 90 almost feels cool!

It still feels like summer here in Philadelphia this week. We will be sad when the windows and screen doors get shut for good for the fall and winter time. But, we don't like the air conditioners either so it will be nice to not have those big scary boxes running anymore either.
