Saturday Photo Hunters: Music

For mommy, the gentle roll of the waves to the sand at Spanish Banks Beach in Vancouver is the sound of music to her ears. She misses this "music" very much, now that she has lived in landlocked Calgary for over 10 years.

What's music to us kitties? The best music would be the shaka-shaka-shaka of that tasty bag of Temptations!!! Ooooh - do we run ever so fast!!

Happy Saturday everyone and everykitty!!

Beautiful photo! :) I can see why your mom considers that music.

Temptations make wonderful music!

I'm totally with you on the sound of waves... I love 'real' music, but there's nothing as soothing as waves lapping on the shore. I'm living very close to the sea, but hardly ever take the time to go there... must make time!! Thanks for reminding me. :)

Gosh that means your Mommy and mine both lived in Calgary at the same time for a while! Though Mummy moved back to the UK in 1999 when she was catless for a while. Not a state she's likely to repeat with all of us here to look after her and keep her nice and furry! ;)

OH Marie,
Mosaic Lady, Willie & Bianca understand. They all miss the sound of the Pacific Ocean because they became family in Monterey, CA. I was born in CO, so I don't know nuthin' bout no waves rollin' anywhere.

I do know the sound of the Temptations bag! That has to be better than water hitting sand!!

I'm landlocked now too, but tell Mom to find a mountain brook. It is a different sound but soothing.

I run at sounds too. Like the Ben & Jerry's seal being ripped off a pint will get me running any time.

I guess that would be a nice sound - I never heard it, except from a CD the maid has - I like the sound of a can being opened....
Thank you sooo much for your support and being there as friends, I appreciate it!
I hope Anastasia will blog once in a while from beyond - now that Oscar is doing it I can actually not see how she can resist....
You have a wonderful weekend
